How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
We usually ship within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Where the product is shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from our US warehouse,accessories are shipped from our Chinese warehouse.
How do I return a product?
If you have any questions and need to return the product, please contact our service email. We will provide you with a free return label or return it at your own expense according to Yose Power's service policy.
How can I exchange the wrong item if I bought it?
Contact our sales service email, we will provide you with a return address. When you return the wrong product to our warehouse, we can exchange or refund it, and then you can place a new order.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 30 days of delivery via service@yosepowershop.com. For more specific return and refund information, please check our return policy.

Do I need to pay for shipping?
Currently, none of our products require shipping fee. For special product and service requirements, please contact our service email to get a quote.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you directly. If the product has been shipped, you will need to refuse the package.
Can I pay by credit card ?
We support most credit card payments .We also support major payment methods such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I change the address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has not been shipped, we will change it for you. If the product has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address directly, you need to contact the courier company.
How can l track my item?
After your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your package. If you do not receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the shipment for you.
What's your warranty policy?
Yose Power offers an 18-month warranty for batteries and motors. For more detailed warranty information, please refer to our warranty policy.

Are the products sold on this website the same as those sold on Amazon and eBay?
The products sold on the Yose Power official website are exactly the same as those on Amazon and eBay. We are the same company and the products are shipped from the same warehouse.
Can Yose Power batteries be replaced with batteries of the same type from other brands?
Usually our batteries can replace the same type of batteries from other brands, but you need to carefully confirm their size, discharge port and other matching information.
Are Yose Power's products certified?
Yose Power's products have undergone rigorous laboratory testing and certification, and our products have CE,UKCA,RoHS,UN38.3,UL2271 and other certificates.
Daily Maintenance
Below are some common questions about the daily maintenance of the battery and kit.
How to maximize battery life?
1.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
2.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
How to maintain ebike motor?
1. Avoid getting your motor wet (even if a good quality motor is somewhat waterproof, there is no guarantee that it can be submerged in water for a long time without damage)
2. Keep your motor and the rest of the bike clean
3. Don't expose your e-bike to high temperatures (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit)
4. Oil the chain, gears, bearings and other moving parts regularly
5. Take your e-bike to an expert for regular service and maintenance checks
How to maintain your e-bike for optimal performance?
1.Regularly apply lubricant to the chain and moving parts.
2.Regularly check the brake system and replace brake pads when needed.
3.Check all bolts and screws on the e-bike to ensure they are tight.
4.Clean the e-bike regularly to prevent dirt buildup.
5.Check and maintain proper tire pressure regularly.
Can I use the battery in the rain?
Yes, our batteries are IP65 waterproof. You can use them in the rain. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain due to safety concerns. Also, do not use high-pressure water jets to clean the bike, as this may damage the electrical components.
