Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) only.
โŒ Excluded Areas:
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.
โš ๏ธ Address Accuracy Clause:
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including unit/company name). Yose Power is not liable for returns/losses due to incorrect addresses. Reshipment requires additional fees (Contact Support).

Shipped from China via USPS(after US customs clearance).

For international accessory shipments:

โ–บ Customers bear all import duties/taxes (USPS/FedEx will invoice upon clearance).

Certain residential or apartment addresses may restrict lithium battery deliveries. Please verify your delivery address policy before placing an order to ensure compliance with local regulations.
๐Ÿ“ฎ Failed Deliveries
US Domestic Orders
If a package is undeliverable due to refusal, an invalid address, or an absent recipient, reshipment will require new fees after the package is returned. Contact our support team for assistance with the process.
China International Orders
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY. Returns to China may make reshipment impossible; in such cases, the order will be canceled, and a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather disruptions, strikes, customs processing, holidays, or other force majeure circumstances.

Contact our support team before shipment to request order changes (subject to stock availability and address feasibility). No changes can be made after the order has been shipped.

Cancellations are not permitted once order processing has started. For items that are out of stock, our support team will reach out to discuss alternative solutions or next steps.

Track your package using the order portal or the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Note: Tracking updates for accessories may be limited until the package arrives in the US.
