The communication started off not so good.
But, they corrected it. I truly appreciate that they worked to improve the situation. They asked for pictures of my old battery. And they matched it up with a new battery. The purchase process was easy.

It is a used battery as advertised , however this battery certainly appears to be new . there is absolutely no wear not a single scratch and the juiced owner’s instructions was crisp and folded tight

The Yose Power 48V 14Ah is the best replacement I’ve found for my RadPower Bikes Rad City 4, though NO bike dealer will tell you that. The YP fits perfectly on to the battery plate on the Rad City 4 and a Rad City 3 step through.
You can use your original battery charger (from RPB) to recharge the YP.

Battery was an exact fit for Aventon Pace 500.3. Much cheaper than manufacturer original battery. Battery operates perfectly.
