Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date (based on the carrier’s delivery record)

Products must meet all criteria:
✅Unused & Original: Tags/packaging/accessories intact.
✅No Damage/Modification: Zero signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.
✅Valid Proof: Order number or purchase receipt.

Damaged/defective items (photo/video proof required): Full responsibility by YOSEPOWER.

We cannot accept returns for:

Second-hand products (unless defective).

Physical impact, liquid exposure, improper disassembly, etc.(Verified by YOSEPOWER engineers).
⚠️Non-Quality Issues:
Functional complaints unrelated to manufacturing defects(YOSEPOWER-tested).
⚠️ Other standard exclusions:
Installed/disassembled items, expired returns, no-proof purchases, battery misuse damage.

📝 Change of Mind/Non-Defective Items
Customers cover return fees for order changes or non-defective items. Review orders carefully before purchase to avoid costs.
🚫 Defective/Wrong Items
YOSEPOWER covers all return fees for defective items or incorrect shipments. We resolve these at no extra cost to you.
