Good battery performance, good price, good service
The battery is new and long term performance is an unknown, but so far it is performing very well. Had it out for two rides of 22 and 25 miles, both with a significant climb on the first leg, still had 60% remaining at the end of the ride. Very good pricing and quick shipping. There was a $10.00 transaction fee that I did not expect for clearing the purchase through England, the only negative in the entire experience. It will be interesting to see how the battery performs over the long term.

Great customer service. Great kit.
I got the kit one week after the order. Package looks good and included the tools for the conversion.
After the installation the system give error 22 on the first start-up. I contacted customer service from the form on the website and got the response in 24 hours. That is amazing considering the support is in overseas.
After following instructions from support to troubleshoot, they sent the replacement and the kit is working as it should. The motor is fast and have plenty of power. I only use level 3 power assist of the 6 . Battery seems to hold charge well. Will see how long it'll last.
Yoes Power stand by their products. I'll buy from them as gain.
